CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT POLICY: 
1. Please note our check-in time is 12.00 NOON and check-out time is 10.00 A.M. 
2. Check-in prior to 0600 hours will be held from the previous night and will attract a 100% additional tariff. 
3. The early Check-in between 0600 hrs. To 0800 hrs. Will attract a 50% additional tariff. 
4. Late departure (1400 hrs. to 1800 hrs.) will attract a 50% additional tariff and after 1800 hrs. 100 % additional tariff. 
5. Any early check-in or late check-out will be subject to availability. 
 
CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW POLICY: 
1. Reservation must be cancelled within 48 hrs. Prior to the planned date of arrival. Any reservation cancelled within 24 hours of the arrival date will attract 100 % retention charges and within 48 hours will attract 50 % retention charges. 
2. Non-arrival of guests without any prior information will be considered a NO SHOW and will attract 100 % retention of the preferential rates offered. 
3. In the case of a Group reservation, cancellation must be made prior to 15 days of the arrival date, or any amendment will be considered prior to 7 days of the arrival date. 
 
TERMS &amp; CONDITIONS: 
1. Please guarantee your reservation by paying 50% advance prior to check-in and 100% advance at the time of check-in. Companies enjoying the credit facility can guarantee their reservation by sending us a BTC letter duly signed by the authorized signatory or an acknowledgement email. 
2. In the absence of advance / Arrival details, reservations will be held on a provisional basis up to 72 hours prior to the arrival date. Thereafter the rooms would be released and offered subject to availability. 
3. We would like to request all guests to carry their Driving License, AADHAR Card, Voter ID or Passport for valid residence proof, at the time of Check-in. Your Safety &amp; Security is our Paramount concern. In case of being a non-resident of India please produce your valid passport &amp; visa details in original. 
4. Visitors are allowed only in the Lobby and Restaurant area, and will not be allowed to go to the guest room.
